分析屈曲約束支撐的基本原理

又稱防(fang)(fang)委曲支(zhi)撐(cheng)或BRB(Buckling restrained brace),產(chan)品(pin)技術(shu)最(zui)早發展于1973年的(de)(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)本,其時的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)批日(ri)(ri)本學(xue)者成功研(yan)發了(le)最(zui)早的(de)(de)(de)墻板式(shi)防(fang)(fang)委曲耗能支(zhi)撐(cheng),并對其進行了(le)加入(ru)不同(tong)無(wu)粘結(jie)資料的(de)(de)(de)拉(la)壓實驗;1994年北嶺地震后,美國也開始對防(fang)(fang)委曲支(zhi)撐(cheng)體(ti)系(xi)進行相應的(de)(de)(de)設計研(yan)究和大(da)比(bi)例實驗,同(tong)時結(jie)合(he)理論計算分析了(le)該支(zhi)撐(cheng)體(ti)系(xi)較其他(ta)支(zhi)撐(cheng)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)長處(chu)。
防委曲支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)可為(wei)結構(gou)或排架結構(gou)提供很大的抗側剛度(du)和承載力(參見(jian)圖(tu)1圖(tu)1.支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)與非支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)荷載位移(yi)曲線比(bi)照(zhao)圖(tu)1.支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)與非支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)荷載位移(yi)曲線比(bi)照(zhao)),選用支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)的結構(gou)體系(xi)在(zai)建筑結構(gou)中使用非常廣泛。
普(pu)通(tong)支撐(cheng)受(shou)壓會發生(sheng)委曲(qu)現(xian)象,當(dang)支撐(cheng)受(shou)壓委曲(qu)后,剛(gang)度和承載(zai)力急(ji)劇降低(di)。在(zai)地(di)震或風的作用下(xia),支撐(cheng)的內力在(zai)受(shou)壓圖(tu)2.普(pu)通(tong)支撐(cheng)實驗(yan)滯回曲(qu)線(xian)圖(tu)2.普(pu)通(tong)支撐(cheng)實驗(yan)滯回曲(qu)線(xian)和受(shou)拉(la)兩種狀況(kuang)下(xia)往復(fu)變化。當(dang)支撐(cheng)由壓曲(qu)狀況(kuang)逐漸變至受(shou)拉(la)狀況(kuang)時(shi),支撐(cheng)的內力以(yi)及剛(gang)度接近為零。因(yin)而普(pu)通(tong)支撐(cheng)在(zai)重復(fu)荷(he)載(zai)作用下(xia)滯回功能(neng)較(jiao)差(參見圖(tu)2)。
屈曲約(yue)(yue)束(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)僅芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)與其他構(gou)件銜接,所(suo)受(shou)的(de)荷載全部由芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)圖(tu)4.屈曲約(yue)(yue)束(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)與普(pu)(pu)通支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)滯回功(gong)能(neng)比照圖(tu)4.屈曲約(yue)(yue)束(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)與普(pu)(pu)通支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)滯回功(gong)能(neng)比照承當,外(wai)套筒和(he)填充(chong)(chong)資料(liao)僅束(shu)縛芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)受(shou)壓(ya)委曲,使(shi)芯(xin)板(ban)(ban)在(zai)(zai)受(shou)拉(la)和(he)受(shou)壓(ya)下均(jun)不能(neng)進(jin)入屈從,因而,屈曲約(yue)(yue)束(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)的(de)滯回功(gong)能(neng)優良(參(can)(can)見圖(tu)4)。屈曲約(yue)(yue)束(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)一方面能(neng)夠(gou)防止普(pu)(pu)通支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)拉(la)壓(ya)承載力差(cha)異(yi)明顯的(de)缺陷,另一方面具(ju)有金屬阻尼器(qi)的(de)耗能(neng)能(neng)力,能(neng)夠(gou)在(zai)(zai)結(jie)構(gou)中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)(chong)當"保(bao)險絲",使(shi)得主體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)根本處于彈(dan)性范圍(wei)內。因而,屈曲約(yue)(yue)束(shu)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)的(de)使(shi)用,能(neng)夠(gou)全面提(ti)高(gao)傳統的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)結(jie)構(gou)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)震和(he)大震下的(de)抗(kang)震功(gong)能(neng)(參(can)(can)見表(biao)1-1)。
